Roosevelt Yard Electrical Improvements Phase 3 In general, work includes installation of pre-purchased electrical equipment at Building 10, 18, and 20 which will provide 480-volt power to the south portion of the Public Works campus for Public Works Maintenance, Parks & Open Spaces Facility, located at 1820 Roosevelt, Eugene Oregon. This solicitation is for a public works project which is subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. All bidders are required to consult the BOLI publication for Prevailing Wage Rates for Public Work Contracts in Oregon Subject to State PWR Law and all subsequent amendments.
