The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment and labor necessary to complete the construction of the two barns as shown on the construction drawings. The work shall be installed as detailed on the construction drawings and specified herein and all incidental work required for a complete and functional installation. Contractors are responsible for obtaining and payment of building permits. Contractors are responsible for traffic control and erosion control. All construction shall comply with the City of Warner Robins Standard Building Regulations and Specifications for the Huntington Middle School Barn and Houston County's Standard Building Regulations and Specifications for the Bonaire Middle School Barn Project. E-Verify Requirement: All bidders shall provide their signed E-Verify affidavit with their bid. Bids will not be considered without the Contractor affidavit. The successful bidder is responsible for obtaining a signed E-verify affidavit from their Subcontractors and subcontractors. The successful bidder, if awarded the Contract, will be required to furnish a Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount and a Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount. License: The Bidder shall hold a current Contractor's License issued by the Georgia State Construction Industry Licensing Board. Owner's Right: The Houston County School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any technicalities and informalities and re-advertise. The Houston County School District further reserves the right to award this contract in whole or in part.
