Renovation of a water / sewer project in Peru, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
As of August 8, 2023 project has already been awarded to Leander Construction, awarded amount is $400.000.00. Bidders are advised that this Contract will be subject to the Illinois Steel Products Procurement Act. The successful Bidder shall provide at least 40% of all labor required for the completion of this project. The Bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the gross amount of the bid and be payable to the order of the City of Peru. Remove and replace UV Disinfection equipment in concrete channel at West WWTP with deadline for operation by 4/30/2024. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding.
