The remodel includes the following: site improvements including parking and sidewalk upgrades, replacement of all HVAC rooftop equipment, interior MEP modifications, and single occupant ADA compliant restrooms REMODEL OF THE EXISTING PORTION OF LANE COMMUNITY COLLEGE BUILDING TO BECOME COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER OF LANE COUNTY WITH A DENTAL CLINIC COMPONENT. REMODEL INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING: o SITE IMPROVEMENTS INCLUDING PARKING AND SIDEWALK UPGRADES o NEW ACCESSIBLE ENTRY o HVAC ROOFTOP EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT o INTERIOR MEP MODIFICATIONS o SINGLE OCCUPANT ADA COMPLIANT RESTROOMS o NEW MEDICAL AND DENTAL CLINICS AND SUPPORT SPACES PHASE 1 - ALL WORK RELATED TO MEDICAL CLINIC, ROOF REPLACEMENT, ROOF TOP UNIT REPLACEMENT AND SITE MODIFICATIONS. PHASE 2 - ALL WORK RELATED TO DENTAL CLINIC BUILD OUT .
