As a Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR) for the Myrtue Medical Center Cafeteria project, Murray Company is issuing a request for subcontractor statement of qualifications In accordance with Iowa Code Chapter 26A. Project consists of approximately 1,800 SF renovation to existing cafeteria dining and suite. Construction extends include; full demolition, reconfigure existing space, MEP upgrades and all new finishes. Demolition Millwork Carpentry Doors, Frames & Hardware Overhead & Coiling Doors Framing, Drywall & Acoustical Ceilings Flooring & Tile Paint & Wall Coverings Specialties Mechanical & Plumbing Systems Electrical & Low-Voltage Systems Anticipated Construction Schedule: Expected project timeline is November 2023 - March 2024 Post Bid Interviews: August 22 - 23, 2023 Please direct any questions to prequalifications@murraycompany.com.
