To establish a contract with a primary contractor to provide visual inspections, preventive maintenance, routine, and emergency repair as needed to all elevators at Richard Bland College. Questions concerning this project, email to: bpride@rbc.edu Cc achambliss@rbc.edu RBC is seeking a vendor to perform full service maintenance, to include monthly, quarterly, and annual inspections on campus, and perform five (5) year inspections. Any repairs, including costs, outside of the maintenance coverage shall be approved ahead of time by the Operations Department. As part of the bid response, contractor shall provide documentation as to what is included in the full-service maintenance and how often it will be performed. (all passenger types)
