Contractor shall provide fire extinguisher maintenance on all Types (A, B, C), LB. Capacity (2 1/2 , 5, 10), Recharge and Leak Test Pricing, Annual Inspection Pricing, and Six Year Maintenance Pricing. Contractor shall be NFPA 10 certified. It is estimated that Agency has 353 dry chem fire extinguishers Damages to property caused by the Contractor's negligence shall be repaired at no cost to the Agency. Due to the nature of the environment, all doors, gates, cabinets, enclosures and vehicles shall be closed and locked if unattended. No tools and equipment shall be left unattended in patient areas, or any area where access is unregulated. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. EST until 4:00 p.m. EST.
