SCOPE OF WORK The City of Fernandina Beach currently performs trail maintenance activities in the City's Ron Sapp Egans Creek Greenway located between 2500 Atlantic Ave. and Sadler Rd. The City is interested in receiving competitive bids from experienced land maintenance companies to take over responsibility for the Greenway's general trail upkeep and maintenance program in cooperation with the City's Planning and Conservation Department. There are approximately 3.5 miles of maintained, 12 ft. wide, grassy trails(1.1 North Greenway, 2.4 South Greenway), 2 bridges, 2 walkways and a viewing platform. Trails will remain open to pedestrians and bicycles throughout the day. INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS Insurance requirements are outlined in the General Conditions of this Invitation to Bid. BOND REQUIREMENTS Bid bonds requirements are outlined in the General Conditions of this Invitation to Bid.
