The deadline for inquiries is 10:00 AM on July 17, 2023. Inquiries received by the deadline will be posted with answers on the City's ebidding, website on or before July 19, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. Late inquiries will not be addressed. The City reserves the right to accept any or all proposals in whole or in part, to waive any irregularities in any proposal, to accept the proposal which in the judgment of the City is most advantageous to the City and to re-advertise if desired. The City of Davenport is currently accepting proposals from qualified vendors to inspect, service, and perform preventive maintenance on generating equipment located in various City-owned properties. This service contract is anticipated to be for three years starting with the date of contract award. Firms shall submit pricing for each of the three years as part of their proposal submission utilizing the document "Generator Listing" as a reference. Annual increases should be keyed to changes in the hourly mechanic scale and the Producers Price Index for generators. Contract will be paid out annually.
