Renovation of a fire / police facility in Davenport, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Base Bid 1. Purchase of 2 new 5-ton RTU units 2. Labor, materials, and equipment needed to install the 2 new 5-ton RTU units 3. Labor, materials, and equipment necessary to remove the 2 existing 5-ton RTU units 4. Disposal of existing equipment 5. Crane rental 6. 20-year heat exchanger warranty, 5-year parts warranty 7. Provide start-up and permits General Notes: 1. Contractor responsible for all no cost permits. 2. No sales tax to City of Davenport. 3. Contractor shall pickup all debris and trash from project. 4. Contractor shall be aware that this is an active fire station with traffic in and out frequently. Needs to work with on-duty crews to assure they do not interfere with fire apparatus response.
