**As of August 16, 2023 , This project has been awarded to White’s Fence Company, with the awarded amount of $5,887.33.** To install fencing along the back area of the volleyball courts at Village Community Park. There are currently four sand volleyball courts The contractor is to supply a quote for materials and labor costs to install approximately 180 feet of 3' high 6-gauge black chain link system. o The contractor will be responsible for installing fencing. o The contractor will be responsible for installing all specified equipment according to the manufacturer's specifications. o The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, material, equipment, and services required for proper installation and completion of the work, whether each necessary item is mentioned or not. The contractor provide and deliver to the site all required materials and supplies. The contractor will pay for all labor necessary to load and unload equipment, materials, and supplies. The Town anticipates issuing a letter of intent by August 24, 2023, to be followed as soon as possible by a contract. Completion of the project will be done by Spring 2024.
