Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Williston, Vermont. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; playground / park / athletic field; and for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
**As of August 16, 2023 , This project has been awarded to White’s Fence Company, with the awarded amount of $5,299.93.** To replace the front fencing of the parking lot at Rossignol Community Park. The contractor is to supply a quote for the material and labor costs for replacing approximately 150 of wood guardrail type fencing with 6x8 Posts and 3x8- 16 feet rails, 2 lag bolts per post to attach the rails. The replacement fencing is to match the current fencing. The contractor will provide and deliver to the job site all required construction materials and supplies. The contractor will pay for all labor necessary to load and unload equipment, materials, and supplies. There is currently fencing around the parking lot, which half is rotted away and needs to be replaced. The Town anticipates issuing a letter of intent by August 24, 2023, to be followed as soon as possible by a contract. Completion of the project will be done by Spring 2024.
