Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Williston, Vermont. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
To shorten the length of the existing fence and repair the remaining fence using the existing materials. Also, to move and relocate the existing swing set. The contractor is to supply a quote for labor to shorten and fix the existing fencing around the Tot Playground and relocate the existing swing set. The contractor will be responsible for shortening the existing fencing and using existing materials to repair other parts of fencing. Existing fence will be shortened to approximately 70 x 40. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, material, equipment, and services required for proper completion of the work, whether each necessary item is mentioned or not. The Town anticipates issuing a letter of intent by August 24, 2023, to be followed as soon as possible by a contract. Completion of the project will be done by Spring 2024. SITE CONDITIONS There is currently a fence around the Tot Playground- 100x 40 A site visit can be scheduled to view the area and go over the project.
