Southwest Virginia Mental Health Institute Steam line Infrastructure Improvements Question Deadline:08/11/2023 at 2:00 PM ET A Bid Bond is required. Any bid (including the Total Base Bid plus all Additive Bid Items) which exceeds five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) shall be accompanied by a Commonwealth of Virginia Standard Bid Bond, Form CO-10.2, payable to the Owner as obligee in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid (the "Bid Bond"). The credit to the Owner for reduced premiums on Standard Labor and Material Payment Bonds and Standard Performance Bonds shall in all cases be one hundred percent (100%). Unless otherwise specified, the Contractor shall achieve Final Completion within thirty (30) days after the date of Substantial Completion. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in the bids when such waiver is in the interest of the Owner
