The Intent of this Quote is to obtain the services of a consulting firm for conservation services for our WPA structures at Union Terrace Park. Union Terrace Park is located at 2001-2025 Union St, Allentown Pa 18104. This project involves conservation services including producing construction bid documents and providing construction administration for both the Union Terrace Steps located along St. Elmo Street and the Stage at the Union Terrace Amphitheater. Each bid shall be accompanied by an original Bid Bond signed by a surety company, with original signatures, authorized to do business in Pennsylvania in the amount equal to ten (10%) percent of the bid total or a Certified Check, an Irrevocable Letter of Credit, or bank check in an amount equal to ten (10%) percent of the bid total. Please have this as the 1st item in the submittal package. Electronic submissions must include a scanned copy of the Bid Bond through Public Purchase in the appropriate drop down. For electronic submissions, Original Bid Bond must be received by the Purchasing Office no later than the public opening date and time, as referenced herein, in a clearly marked envelope, stating the Bid Number.
