Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Creston, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
The Creston & District Community Complex requires repairs to roof and roof parapet areas above the Aquatic Centre and related areas. The scope of work consists of removal of the existing perimeter roofing and roof parapet down to the steel deck and parapet steel framing. The roof parapet will be rebuilt with new structural parapet support, blocking and sheathing. New air barrier and thermal materials will be installed at the roof / wall junction. New roof assembly and upturn will be installed to reinstate removal perimeter areas.
