Site work for a civil project in St. Clair, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and bridge / tunnel.
The work is located along the East side of Pretty Road, beginning at the blind line between Kent Line and Charlemont Line. The drain will continue Southward, to an outlet into the McLellan Drain at Kent Line. The work includes: Removal of existing entrance culverts. Installation of new entrance culverts. Improvement of existing roadside channel. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to familiarize themselves, and/or their sub-contractors, with the existing site conditions. The Municipality will NOT be responsible for any extra costs that may result from failure to complete an existing site investigation.
