The purpose of this bid is to establish a competitive bid proposal for security cameras and vape detectors from established vendors for Bellevue Community Schools located at 904 W. Capital, Bellevue MI, 49021. All vendors submitting a proposal must be professionals capable of providing cameras with hybrid-cloud storage, cabling, installation, integrated air quality sensors, integrated intercom, and onboard tracking software. It is the intent of Bellevue Community Schools to choose a company for the Security Camera project to be installed and finished before September 29th, 2023. Bids must be submitted on this form to ensure complete uniformity of wording. Bids may be rejected if they show any omissions, alterations or wording, conditional clauses, or any irregularities of any kind. Make only one entry per line on the bid form. If any person contemplating submitting a bid is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the specifications or other conditions within the invitation, a written request for clarification must be submitted by 4:00 pm on July 28, 2023 to the attention of Justin Robbins via email at robbinsj@bellevue-schools.com. Any clarification will be by written addendum duly issued by Justin Robbins and a copy of such addition will be emailed to each person in receipt of the invitation. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The value range for this project is between $60,000 to $90,000.
