Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Bellevue, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Project includes the following Work: Construction of wastewater treatment plant improvements and replacements including demolition of flocculation channels, demolition of trickling filter, demolition of bulk storage tank, partial demolition of sludge digester cover and equipment, demolition of existing UV system and demolition of other miscellaneous items as required. Improvements include a new headworks facility, chemical feed system, primary and final settling basin improvements, rotating biological contactors and tank, UV disinfection system, solids handling system improvements, and general facility improvements. All required appurtenances, interconnecting piping and valving, electrical improvements, and controls are included. Bids will not be accepted from Bidders that do not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference. If requested, a second pre-bid conference will be held.
