There is an existing house on the property located on NE 11-11-11W, 61158 Road 61W. We will be connecting onto the 3" main in the NE intersection ditch on road 61W and 62N. The Municipality of North Norfolk has received a request for 3 low pressure sewer connections and 3 water connections on the Austin Distribution Line to 3 vacant lots. We will be connecting onto the 3" existing water and sewer main in Road (gravel). Customer would like lines trenched 15ft into property after curbstop. All work must be scheduled with the Municipal Public Works staff. The contractor will provide 1 year Warranty on work after installation. Final clean up including landscaping and reseeding must be approved by the municipality. 10% of payment will be withheld until the project meets Municipal standards.
