BACKGROUND: Located on Rathburn Lake, Honey Creek Resort is Iowa's only resort state park. It consists of 105 guest rooms/suites, 28 resort rental cottages, full-service restaurant, indoor water park, 40 boat slip. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE: Painting and Repair siding/fascia where needed. Owner provides paint. Paint provided will be PPG Permanizer(R) Exterior Acrylic Latex. Contractor provides all other materials and labor needed for the repairs and painting.
