Renovation of a hospitality development in Moravia, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a hospitality development.
The Iowa Department of Administrative Services will be receiving bids for DDC Control replacement including new front end network manager, graphics and control replacement for various equipment at Honey Creek Resort, Moravia, Iowa 52571. The Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security as set forth in the Instructions to Bidders in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier's check or a certified check drawn upon a solvent bank chartered under the laws of the United States of America. The Iowa Department of Administrative Services anticipates construction to begin on February 10th, 2025 and end on May 15th, 2025. Bidders must comply with all affirmative action/equal employment opportunity provisions of the State of Iowa and the Federal Government. This project is exempt from Iowa Sales Tax.
