Renovation and addition to a stadium in Richmond, Minnesota. Working plans call for the addition of a 4,958-square-foot, one-story above grade stadium; and for the renovation of a stadium.

**As of September 13, 2023, bids received were rejected as they were over the budget. Project will rebid but no definite date yet.** Major components of the Work include: Construction of a masonry building addition with insulated exterior metal panels, light- guage metal roof trusses and associated HVAC, pluming and electrical systems. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the Owner. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Architect in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Architect in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda to all parties who are known to have received a complete set of Bidding Documents. Copies of Addenda will be made available for inspection wherever Bidding Documents are on file for that purpose. B. Questions received less than 7 days prior to the date for opening of bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect
