Verify that the transfer switch nameplate values are correct with the application (voltage, current, etc.) Verify that equipment ground connection is properly terminated. Verify that the phase rotations of both sources are matched Verify that any customer auxiliary contacts are properly terminated (position, pre-signal, etc.) If applicable, verify that any load control wiring is properly terminated (load add, shed, etc,) Review communications connections to an external SCADA or Building Automation System, if applicable. Lubricate any necessary moving linkages, bearings, etc. Adjust mechanical limit switches, if necessary & review with on site personnel Perform a second Load Test of the transfer switch With the transfer switch in the S2 position, open the S2 source breaker & verify immediate re-transfer to S1 position. Logistics & freight will be included. Completion of Work At completion of the work, Contractor will provide a written warranty that the completed project is free from any workmanship or material defects for a period of one (1) year starting from the date of the works formal acceptance. The warranty shall state that, in case of any workmanship defects that will occur within the period of one (1) year, the Contractor shall implement the necessary corrective work without charging the State for the costs of materials, labor, and equipment use.
