The Department of Health (DOH), Hawaii State Hospital (HSH), is interested in contracting the labor, equipment, tools, and materials to perform all operations in connection with monthly inspection, maintenance, and repair of the air conditioning systems on the grounds of Hawaii State Hospital. See attachment for specifications. Any questions can be discussed with Troy Adams, HSH Plant Facilities Manager, (808)306-0431 or via email, troy.adams@doh.hawaii.gov. The Contractor shall provide the services required under any Contract resulting from this IFB for one (1) year. Unless sooner terminated, the period of performance may be extended upon mutual agreement between the State and the Contractor for not more than five (5) additional years and subject to availability of funds. The State reserves the right to cancel this procurement or award at any time and for convenience Questions regarding this IFB shall be submitted via HIePRO by September 13, 2023, 2:00 PM. Answers to questions shall be published on September 15, 2023, 2:00 PM. Only questions submitted via HIePRO shall be answered, no other questions shall be accepted.
