The City of Tarpon Springs intends to recommend the award of a single source purchase agreement for custom theater seating renovations to Irwin Seating Company d/b/a Steve Ward and Associates, Inc All prospective bidders/respondents are hereby cautioned not to contact any member of the city of tarpon springs staff or officials other than the specified contact person. The city reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids/proposals or parts of bids/proposals, waive minor informalities, and request rebids/resubmittals on the material or services described in the itb/rfp. The city reserves the right to waive minor informalities.
