**As of September 13, 2019, the project has been awarded for $463,670.30.** Bid Bond Yes, 5% of base bid PRE-QUALIFICATION OF BIDDER: Awards of bids for construction services with an engineering estimate in excess of $100,000 will only be made to Bidders who have pre-qualified with Pinellas County for Water and Sanitary Sewer type construction, or those that are pre-qualified by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) in Underground Utilities (Water & Sewer), in the amount that equals or exceeds their bid. Only those bids from Bidders that meet the pre-qualification requirements from either Pinellas County or FDOT prior to a bid opening will be considered.
