Site work for a mixed-use development in Tarpon Springs, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and golf course.
The project consists of furnishing and installing a new stormwater outfall system at the Tarpon Springs Municipal Golf Course. The project includes re-construction of an existing outfall structure at an existing stormwater pond, furnishing and installation of a new outfall structure on the same pond, and furnishing and installing approximately 550 feet of 30-inch diameter storm pipe and other miscellaneous project elements as described in the contract documents. The work specified under this Section shall not involve the construction of side slopes, or the shaping and dressing of material to neat lines conforming to definite geometric configurations, such as required in the construction of embankment Substantially complete within ninety (90) calendar days
