This work includes subsurface preparation, 4 compacted base, concrete deck, net post and fence installation, and the acrylic color system applications for new tennis courts. 4 Minimum compacted (95%) base material to subgrade Concrete pad 4 thick with 10 thickened edge 3,000 PSI mix Minimum 30 days curing of concrete prior to applying acrylic surface Light broom surface finish Steel reinforcement 3/8 steel rebar grade 60 (#3) 36 inches on center Slope/crown 1/2 - 1 per 16 (1% slope) and in true plane Saw cut expansion joints in quadrants All support posts, sleeves, anchors, and straps for tennis courts should be set in concrete at time of deck pour The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts of bids, waive minor informalities, and request rebids on the material or services described in the ITB. The City reserves the right to waive minor informalities. Questions must be submitted, in writing, not later than June 16, 2023
