The City of Elkins is accepting bids for the construction of addition to Elkins Fire station located at 197 W First Avenue, Elkins, AR 72727 The slab has been poured and can be seen at 197 W First Avenue, Elkins, AR 72727. The bid is to construct a red iron addition 40'x 69'5"x 14' side wall extending up to approximately 20'10" to meet with existing structure. The front is to have parapet wall 40' in length and approximately 20'10" in height. Provide three door openings 14' wide 12' high (City will provide doors and installation) Include one 36" exterior walk door. The structure is to include insulation. The exterior metal to be 26 gauge. Bond requirement in the amount of bid.
