Elkins Public Schools will be conducOng an overlay of the Elementary roof with a 60 mil TPO covering. The Elkins School District will accept sealed proposals for the roof replacement of the Elementary school building approximately 41688 sq. ft. In General, the scope of work will be to install a 60 mil TPO membrane overlay. Bids should include a square foot price for any existing roof tear off and deck repair that might be needed. All bids shall include all materials, labor, and all other items to provide a complete roofing project including hauling off materials and cleanup. All bidders will be required to submit a copy of a valid General Contractor license, proof of necessary insurance, and payment and performance bonds in accordance with Arkansas State Law. Elkins School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
