Work Associated With the Construction of a New 40" X 60" Pavilion Located at 738 Fire Tower Rd., Elkins Ar 72727. Bid Shall Not Include Stonemasonry Work, Electrical, Plumbing, or Hvac Installation. The Project Must Be Completed Within Nine (9) Months of the Notice to Proceed. The City of Goshen Reserves the Right to Waive Any Irregularities, Reject Any or All Bids, and to Accept the Bid Deemed Most Advantageous to The City. A Bid Bond is Required and Must Be Included In Your Bid Amount.
