Demolition, site work and asbestos abatement for a residential development in Elkins, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; for site work for a residential development; and for asbestos abatement for a residential development.
Notice is hereby given that the City of Elkins will accept sealed bids for a contractor to manage the asbestos abatement and disposal, demolition, removal and disposal of all material, fill, and grade of (2) properties to be demolished in Elkins, West Virginia. No bids will be accepted after the deadline. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of (90) days after the time of the bid opening without the consent of the City of Elkins. The City of Elkins reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any irregularity therein. Contractors will be given until March 15th, 2024 to complete all work listed from the date of the notice to proceed being issued.
