Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Elkins, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 3,302-square-foot, one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.
The City of Goshen is accepting sealed bids from properly licensed firms for work associated with the construction of a new 40' x 60' Pavilion located at 738 Fire Tower Rd., Elkins, AR 72727. The bid shall not include stonemasonry work, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC installation. The project must be completed within nine months of the notice to proceed. A bid bond is required and must be included in the bid amount. Bid documents and specifications may be obtained by contacting the provided city representative. Sealed bids must be submitted to City Hall at the specified address by the deadline. The City of Goshen reserves the right to waive any irregularities, reject any or all bids, and to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to the city.
