All permits, notifications, licenses, and inspections, if required, shall be secured by the vendor. 3.2. Set up containment and negative air machines. 3.3. Remove ACM window glazing from seven (7) 8 ft. X 10 ft. windows and four (4) 3 ft. X 4 ft. windows at Building 19. 3.4. Remove ACM window glazing from four (4) 10 ft. X 5 ft. windows, two (2) 6 ft. X 5 ft. windows and one (1) 5 ft. X 5 ft. window at Building 43. 3.5. Remove ACM window glazing from four (4) 3.5 ft. X 4 ft. windows at Building 105. 3.6. Remove ACM window glazing from six (6) 4 ft. X 4 ft. windows at Building 139. 3.7. Properly dispose of all ACM and contaminated materials in accordance with local, state and federal laws. 3.8. The vendor shall follow all applicable EPA and OSHA regulations. 3.9. The vendor and all employees must maintain a valid Kentucky asbestos accreditation.
