As of October 26, 2023, construction has been completed, however, an exact timeline for construction has not been confirmed. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 8/31/2023 5:00 PM BID TYPE Fixed Fee Contract Furnish equipment and labor to perform approx. 100 SY of milling (2" depth); Furnish equipment, labor and material to place 1,100 SY of Superpave 9.5mm scratch course (1/2" avg. depth) and application of paving fabric followed by placement of 120 tons of Superpave 9.5mm wearing course. The successful bidder, when awarded a contract, shall furnish Performance and Payment Bonds (with suitable surety), as specified in the Contract. Notice is hereby given to bidders that the contract is not subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended. Wrightsville Borough reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to make an award in the best interest of the Borough.
