The Round Hill Cabins Stabilization Project includes the stabilization of three cabins at the Round Hill Pines Resort near South Lake Tahoe, NV. The work includes painting three cabins, new roofs on two cabins, stabilization of the foundation for one cabin, and window shutter installation. Pedestrian access to National Forest Lands must be maintained during the project implementation. This project will require coordination with the Round Hill Pines resort special use permit holder. See Solicitation document and attachments for project requirements. The Government's estimate for this requirement is $25,000 to $100,000.
