Site work for a mixed-use development in Flat Rock, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a fire / police facility.
The estimated cost is $70,000. The City of Flat Rock, Michigan, (Owner), is requesting quotations for the abandonment of existing drainage facilities, installation of new underground piping, and connection existing underground piping. The scope of the work comprises of the following items: The Plumbing Contractor shall install the piping and materials and provide all necessary ancillary equipment and material for a complete and functioning system. The City of Flat Rock reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids All Work Shall Be Completed by October 27, 2023. A properly completed Bid Bond, Certified Check or Cashiers Check in a sum not less than five (5) percent of the proposed amount of the proposal submitted, If awarded a contract, the Contractor shall furnish a completed Labor and Material Bond, Performance Bond, Maintenance and Guarantee Bond and required insurance(s) within fifteen (15) calendar days of contract award
