*** Only those Contractors listed below in the MACC Solicitation will be allowed to on this requirement *** Addon , LLC Armitage SAI JV Black Horse Construction Group CCI Facility Support , LLC Doyon Management , LLC Swan Contracting, LLC Description of the project: Base : Replace Shore Power Viking Receptacle Stations on Piers 6 and 17, and incidental related work, in accordance with the drawings and specifications, complete, but excluding work provided in another Priced line Item. Option Item No. 1: Price for providing all work in connection with replacing Shore Power Viking Receptacle Stations on Piers 12 and incidental related work complete in accordance with the drawings and specifications, but excluding work provided in another Priced line item. Option Item No. 2: Price for providing all work in connection with sandblasting and painting the electrical shore power jib cranes at Piers 8, 12, 17, and 33, spot painting the cranes at Piers 6 and 31, performing various structural repairs, and incidental related work, complete in accordance with the drawings and specifications, but excluding work provided in another Priced line item. Request for Information (RFIs): RFIs must be submitted in writing utilizing the attached RFI form (Attachment E) via to nicole.l.fellers.civ@us.navy.mil. Multiple RFIs may be submitted in letter format on company letter head, but must contain the same level of detail required on RFI form. An will be issued with the consolidated RFIs answered.
