Work of this Contract generally comprises the following: .1 Gift Lake School: Mechanical Modifications in alignment with Re-commissioning and Re-balancing report .2 Grouard School: Repairs to exterior brick veneer, replacement of existing metal gutter, soffits and selective re-grading around building. .3 Bill Woodward School: Replace exterior stucco on gymnasium walls, and replacement of existing boiler and re-balance air system. .4 Calling Lake: Gymnasium change room and washroom upgrade and two main school washrooms upgraded to be gender neutral. .5 Elizabeth School: Re-roof gymnasium, selective gymnasium glulam beams repairs. .6 Susa Creek School: Relocated roof top unit to at grade structural steel frame.
