Site work and paving for a road / highway in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Work includes excavation, grading, geogrid, 8" of 6" breaker, 4" of 1 1/4 " C.A.B.C, 3" HMA pavement multi-use path with 6" concrete pavement seating nodes and trail approaches. Work also includes 200' pedestrian bridge with concrete abutments and piles. Work also includes kayak launch and ramp system with 16" concrete pad. Work also includes ditching, culverts, and restoration with topsoil, seed and erosion mat. A Bid Bond or Surety 2000 in the amount of 5% of the bid must accompany each proposal as a guaranty. Completion Date : June 16, 2024 The successful performance of theCONTRACT must be assured by a PERFORMANCE BOND executed by successful BIDDER in the full amount plus 10% of the CONTRACT on a form to be prepared by OWNER. Such BOND must also be executed by security BOND approved by the OWNER.
