As of February 6, 2024 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on the next 2 weeks. The Grading Bid Includes a Rough Grade to the Site to Ensure All Areas Drain Freely and Uniformly Per Elevations as Specified. The Bid Also Includes Removing Dirt and Soil From Site; Digging and Constructing a Pond as Specified; Furnishing and Installing a Storm Sewer System; Including Building a Pad for an Amphitheater, Restrooms, Signage and Mural Wall; Installing a Construction Entrance. The Work, to Be Constructed at 515 N. Tool Dr., Tool, Tx 75143.
