The work consists of a single-story office structure. Included shall be all site work, paving, wood frame, foundations, interior finishes, and all site improvements. The total size of the project is+/- 3,600 s.f. Work under the General Contract shall include on-site utilities, construction of the structure and interior finishes as shown on Drawings and contained in these Specifications. The Owner will make meter deposits or any other deposits that may be required for permanent water, electrical, and telephone services. Any deposits for temporary service during construction shall be paid for by the General Contractor. The expected project completion date is mid-summer to late 2024. If this date needs to be adjusted, please include your readjusted proposed date, as well as your reasoning for shifting the schedule.
