Site work and new construction of a theater / auditorium in Tool, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a theater / auditorium; and for site work for a theater / auditorium.
construction contract to construct an amphitheater, conforming to our Phase 1 of the Eight at Tool Park Project. The amphitheater project calls for work including slab and fill adjacent to the buildings according to plans. The bid requires a metal roofwith a 12/3 pitch, metal facia, tongue and grove ceiling and 6x6 steel columns. Plumbing, electrical, rough and finish, may be necessary. The work, to be constructed at 515 N.
