Renovation of a municipal facility in Lambertville, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Contract will include but not be limited to roof repairs, floor repairs and finish, plaster repairs and painting and fence installation. Bids must be made on standard proposal forms in the manner designated therein, and required by the specifications, must be enclosed in sealed envelopes, bearing the name and address of the bidder and the name of the project on the outside, addressed to the City of Lambertville, 18 York Street, Lambertville, New Jersey 08530 and must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit and a Bid Bond or Certified Check for not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid, providing that said check or bid bond need not be more than $20,000.00 nor shall it be less than$500.00, and be delivered at the place on or before the hour named above. All bidders are required to conform to all provisions of the Local Public Contracts Law. All contractors and subcontractors must be registered with the Commissioner of Labor to perform on public work projects. All bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c 127 and NJAC 17:27-11 et seq. Affirmative Action and P.L. 1977, c 33. The City of Lambertville Mayor and Council reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in any bid inuring to the benefit of the City.
