The project consists of replacing nine hundred and thirty-three (933) existing locksets on the eight floors of Dixon Hall Dormitory. The Dormitory's existing "CM" locksets, and ten (10) AD200 locksets on the Ground Floor, will all be replaced with new AD200 locksets. The new AD200 locksets will require a retrofit plate at both the inside and outside door panel. The project will be broken down into two phases and will be completed over the 2024 and 2025 summer breaks. Phase I will be during the summer of 2024, it will consist of replacing four hundred and ninety-two (492) locksets on floors: Four, Five, Six and Seven. The anticipated start date is May 13, 2024, with a substantial completion date no later than August 9, 2024. Phase II will be during the summer of 2025, it will consist of replacing four hundred and forty-one (441) locksets on floors: Gound, First, Second and Third. The anticipated start date is May 19, 2025, with a substantial completion date no later than August 8, 2025. Work includes, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment, and performing all construction work necessary to complete the project.
