Renovation of a municipal facility in Kutztown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of March 29,2022. The Project has been awarded to Dutchman Contracting, LLC with the awarded amount of $28,438. Project is already Under Construction.** The Pennsylvania Game Commission, Bureau of Wildlife Habitat Mgmt. is soliciting electronic bids for the construction of a pavilion on State Game Lands #182 in Greenwich Township, Berks County. The scope of the project includes removal of two trees, excavation of post foundations, framing the structure, installation of metal siding and roof panels, installation of soffits and fascia and spreading stone on disturbed areas. The contractor agrees to furnish, deliver to the site, and install materials, water, tools, equipment, light, power, and to perform all labor, superintendence, and all means of construction necessary to execute, construct, and finish the project. Please Note, Prevailing minimum wages apply to this project. The Commonwealth reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive technical defects in bids and to accept or reject any part of the bid deemed in the best interests of the Commonwealth.
