Kutztown University is seeking qualified SPF roofing contractors for miscellaneous roof repairs and/or replacement of sprayed polyurethane foam (SPF) roofs, and site clean-up as required. Work shall include all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment, and performing all work necessary to complete work. It is the intent of the University to issue unit-price (work order) contracts to multiple qualified contractors. Contract length will be one year. All work will be done strictly on an as-needed basis. Emergency (temporary) repairs require a 24-hour response time. Question Deadline 11/21/2023 at 2:00 PM ET Be located within 75 miles (as the road drives) of the University. Contractors located outside of the 75 mile distance will not be considered. o Must have at least five (5) years' experience in work performed that is similar in scope, complexity, and work environment. o Company specializing in manufacturing specified products must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience. Manufacturer shall be registered with the Society of the Plastic Industry, Spray Polyurethane Foam Division. o Subcontracting of SPF work will not be allowed. o Must be capable of providing emergency repairs within 24 hours from notification.
