Questions Due Date: Mar 27th 2024, 3:00 PM EDT The work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, oversight, and permits required to perform clearing and grubbing operations, excavation, subbase and asphalt for walking trail, pavement markings, trail crossing signage, privacy fence and tree planting. Project Location: 2710 Golden Key Road Kutztown, PA 19530 Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. The Township of Weisenberg reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions or to waive any informalities in bidding and to withhold award for a period of sixty days. Questions may be submitted through online "Messages/Vendor Discussions" tab on or before 3:00 PM on Wednesday, March 27, 2024. Responses will be provided via online to all registered parties. Construction Commencement: June 10, 2024 Substantial Completion: July 31, 2024 Final Completion: August 30, 2024
