Questions Due Date: May 30th 2025, 12:00 PM EDT Anticipated Award Date: June 18, 2025 estimated value for the GC contract - $9.1 million +E3:E22 The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Construction of a new utility garage building of approximately 20,000 square feet. The interior of the building consists of two sections: a garage/shop area and an office/work area. The garage/shop section consists of load bearing exterior masonry walls with a wood truss roof system and asphalt shingles. The office/work area consists of brick veneer wood stud exterior walls with wood truss roof system and asphalt shingles. The entire project will be slab on grade. The site work consists of the demolition/modification of existing features and the preparation of the site for the construction of the new building. The building will be equipped with an emergency generator.
